- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on complexity of the return but I try to keep the fee close to $250.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send an email with all the general questions and the client can respond with their answers and supporting documentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an economics degree as well as an enrolled agent certification issued by the IRS.
