He dealt with both the city and electric company to organize permits and logistics for the amperage service upgrade and even went out of his way to give the framers temp power when they needed to power their air compressors. I had multiple projects; wiring, outlet repair, troubleshooting and installation. Alex listened and carefully outlined the cost for each project which were extremely reasonable. My wiring project was a 2 person job - Alex confirmed arrival and arrived early the following day. I had an option to install wiring on an exterior wall - he installed my wiring underground for a beautiful look. He tested multiple 35 year old GFI outlets for safety concerns and made recommendation for replacement. He declined and was 100% correct for one project - I did require an HVAC repairman for a thermostat replacement. Alex will text written estimates before starting - that is so very important.
