Installed a brand new RO filter system in our new rental. He is very responsive via Thumbtack messaging. He also came to our house for install the same day the filter arrived through shipping, even though we did not have an appointment scheduled for that day. Seemed to know what he was doing, not a hitch that I can see. Told me exactly how long until I should change each of the three filter types in my system. That information was really helpful for me, since I’ve never owned my own system before. Overall satisfied.
