The toilet installation was great however, when they installed it, they had to rip out the wall in the back of the toilet. They didn’t tell me that ahead of time so they installed it and now I have a big hole in my wall so now I’m gonna have to hire somebody to take off the toilet repair the wall and then put the toilet back in again. They told me they don’t fix the walls. However, they did say that they would come and take the toilet off and let somebody else fix the wall and then they would come back and put the toilet back in.

Look no further, this company is amazing and does OUTSTANDING work! I’ve been a design professional for over 40 years and have worked with many plumbing contractors. I had a very complicated plumbing issue. Two shower valves set into solid marble shower walls broke inside the solid marble, both showers were unusable. I consulted with 5 plumbing contractors, four of whom had ideas that would have involved ripping out marble walls and cabinetry. Thank goodness I found Kenny on Thumbtack. I texted him photos of the showers, he asked several questions and came up with an easy, practical and very intelligent solution to the problem. Kenny promptly came to my home and told me he could cut out a small section of marble, remove and replace the damaged valve and replace the shower fixtures. He covered the opening in the marble with a restoration plate that matched the new shower fixtures. He actually purchased all of the hardware for me and completed the job in a neat, clean and orderly manner in one day. My showers now work after a year of trying to find a solution. I highly recommend Kenny and First Thought Plumbing to anyone needing professional plumbing. He is very nice, does amazing work, has fair prices and left the project very clean. I could not be happier and will be calling Kenny for any future plumbing needs.

Kenny and Cesar were great. Attentive when I needed them. We were able to get our sinks fixed before our guest came over last week! Great service for a time crunch. Will be looking into working with them more in the future as needed.
