I believe the gentleman was named Daniel. He was so kind and informative. He came in and diagnosed the "patient" as he called my fridge and came to a conclusion. When he took the back panel, even I could see that it was extremely dusty and the fan was not turning until he actually touched it. Also, the condenser, I think it was called, was overheating. Long story short, eventually, I'll need a new fridge. But for today, Daniel did some extreme maintenance on it, which cause everything to start cooling down, especially my mother's medication that needed to be refrigerated and was my main concern. He even said that was his main reason for coming today was because of my mother! This is an awesome company, and I definitely won't hesitate to use them again if needed! Thank you so much for your service!

I’m a little late giving this review, better late than never! We had Vigen diagnose our 2017 Samsung Dryer (that I thought was a goner for sure) back in May (2024) He is a miracle man!! Not only fixed the overall issue then gave it a good ole fashion vacuum while it was open, made it look brand new! Thank you!
