We offer many services including but not limited to Design Drafting Services, 3D Design & Rendering and City Submittals & Services [e.x. City Business License, Filing Mechanics Lien, Pulling Permits]. We will send a staff member to measure for your project and then we will get to work on the plans for your project. We also have Licensed Structural Engineers and Title-24 in office ready for your projects.

Alan and his team at PCCR are amazing to say the least. I’ve use them for multiple projects and permit services as well and I’ve found they are the most knowledgeable and fastest company to go with when it comes to getting plans approved and RTI from the city. From
3-D designs, ADU, patio, retaining walls, garage conversions and pools. Their Knowledge can’t be beat. Alan has great design concepts and knows all the ins and outs of city planning. I won’t use anyone other than PCCR for all my blueprint and permit needs! Gray job PCCR keep up the good work.

I work with them as a professional service provider and I have been extremely satisfied and happy with their service. Their expediting services have always helped me with my projects. They also have a great architectural design team that provides architectural plans for our projects.
