FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40/hour if no tip jar is allowed. $30/hour with tip jar discretely and professionally displayed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The size and details of the party will determine whether we need to meet in person to discuss the event, or whether we can just plan everything via phone, email, etc. If it's a bartending gig... - Usually we just need to have a phone conversation to discuss the details of the event and the needs of the client. - We discuss what the client will need as far as alcohol, mixers, condiments, ice, equipment, etc. (a list will be emailed to the clients once details are finalized). - We discuss how much the client wants me to provide or can handle themselves. - We discuss the attire required. Standard attire is all black, but if the client has a theme, this can be discussed. - We discuss the bar layout and any other details needed. If it is an event/party planning gig... - We would first talk over the phone to get an idea on the job and then meet as required to handle all the details. Many details can be hashed out over email, text and phone conversations. Either way, I am always available for clients when they have any questions or concerns.
