Our pricing is based on the size of the home, number of bathrooms, and type of cleaning (deep, move-out, or regular). We offer *discounts for recurring services*: 10% off for biweekly and 20% off for weekly cleanings. Add-on services like fridge, oven, laundry, or steam cleaning are available at flat rates. There are *no hidden fees*, and we always confirm the final price before the job starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ve worked with a wide range of customers — homeowners, renters, realtors, Airbnb hosts, property managers, and families preparing for move-ins, move-outs, or post-renovation cleanups. Some clients need recurring weekly service, others call us once after construction or before listing a home for sale. We also regularly help customers with pets, allergies, or special cleaning requests like eco-friendly products or HEPA vacuuming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed professional training in residential and commercial cleaning standards, including post-construction cleanup, stain removal, and safe use of cleaning chemicals. We’re also trained in using HEPA-filter vacuums and eco-friendly products for clients with allergies or sensitivities. In addition, we stay updated on best practices for move-out, deep cleaning, and vacation rental turnover to ensure top-quality results every time.
