- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts when you work with me over a period of time. Session cancellation fees apply for cancellations within 24 hours of the start of session at my discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a taster session where I evaluate your current strength, stamina, range of motion and flexibility. From here, we set realistic goals and a plan to work towards them.
