- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price we quote is the the final price. Nothing is worst then hidden fees or racking up the bill at the end. Price we quote is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation & On-Site Estimate We schedule a convenient time to meet withthe customer, walk through the project, and discuss all details. During this visit, we provide an on-the-spot estimate based on the scope of work. 2. Scheduling the Job Once the estimate is approved, we set firm start and completion dates that work for the customer’s schedule. 3. Color Selection Support We assist the customer in choosing the perfect colors to match their space and vision. 4. Project Execution When work begins, we stay on the job until it’s fully completed—no interruptions or unnecessary delays. 5. Final Walkthrough After the work is complete, we walk the project with the customer to ensure every detail meets expectations and all work is completed to satisfaction.
