- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No pressure and no surprises. We inspect your garage door, explain what actually needs attention, and provide clear options before you decide. Free estimates, 10% off for new customers, and 15% off for seniors age 60+. Discounts cannot be combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us, or send a photo with a short description of the problem. We’ll respond quickly and can often arrive within 30–60 minutes. We come prepared, explain your options clearly, and aim to complete most repairs in one visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on field experience diagnosing and repairing complete garage door systems. We work with springs, cables, rollers, tracks, sensors, openers, and new door installations, with a strong focus on safety and lasting repairs.
