FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The visit and written estimate are always free — no cost to have us take a look, no obligation. Our technician gives you the exact price in writing before any work begins, so you know what you're paying before you say yes. All repairs backed by our written warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call, we listen first. We ask a few quick questions to understand what's going on and how urgent it is, then get your address and offer you the next available time slot — usually same-day. Our technician arrives in a marked vehicle, inspects the door, and gives you the exact price in writing before touching anything. Most repairs are finished the same visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians' training comes from years of hands-on work inside real homes, not a classroom — diagnosing springs, cables, tracks, and openers under actual field conditions is a different skill than textbook repair. That's paired with ongoing manufacturer-level training on the systems we work on daily (LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie) and staying current on California's safety requirements for garage doors, including battery backup and photo-eye sensor standards. A door that looks fixed but isn't safe isn't actually fixed.
