What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear and fair pricing. For smaller handyman jobs, we have a 2-hour minimum service call. Larger or custom projects are usually priced based on the scope of work. Before starting, we discuss the work and pricing with the customer so there are no surprises
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking for a short description of the project and, whenever possible, a few photos or videos. This helps us understand what needs to be done and what materials or tools may be required. For larger projects, we can schedule an on-site visit. Once the scope and price are agreed on, we schedule the work and get it done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in home repairs, maintenance, remodeling, and construction. We have worked with drywall, painting, carpentry, doors, fixtures, electrical and plumbing repairs, exterior projects, and many other types of residential work. We continue learning with every project and always try to find the right solution rather than taking shortcuts
