- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and transparent. I provide written estimates before starting any work so there are no surprises. I don’t charge hidden fees, and I do my best to work within a customer’s budget. For larger projects, I can also discuss phased work or payment options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I come out to inspect the project and listen to the customer’s needs. Then I provide clear options and a written estimate. Once approved, I schedule the job, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is cleaned up before I leave. I always check in afterward to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in engineering and I’m a licensed contractor in roofing and waterproofing. I stay up to date with the latest building codes and materials to ensure quality and compliance. I also have several years of experience working with a general contractor, building entire houses from the ground up based on blueprints.
