Dimitri came in and saved the day with some last-minute fixes that were needed before guests arrived. He made time in the evening to do the job. He communicated with me to let me know when he would arrive, so I was able to secure my dogs in a separate room. He arrived on time and worked efficiently, assessing the job, making a list of the materials that were needed, purchasing them from the nearby hardware store and then completed the job with incredible quality in record time, even going above and beyond fixing a blind that I hadn't gotten to rehanging (it was not on the list, but greatly appreciated). His vast knowledge about various home and appliance repair has placed him on my speed dial. I hope to give him a bit more notice about my next job for him, but he came through for me a in pinch, and I won't forget that. Thank you, Dimitri!
