FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $65/hour with a one-hour minimum. For some jobs (TV mounting, faucet replacement, etc.), I offer flat rates. Estimates are always free and transparent — no hidden fees. I also offer package pricing for half-day or full-day handyman projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the customer’s description and photos to give a quick estimate or ballpark range. Once we confirm the details, I arrive on time with the right tools and materials. I explain what I’ll do before starting, complete the work neatly, and make sure the client is satisfied before wrapping up. After the job, I always follow up to make sure everything’s working perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed trade-based technical training and have years of hands-on experience in home repair and maintenance. I’ve also worked alongside licensed contractors, learning plumbing and electrical fundamentals to handle small residential repairs safely and efficiently. Continuous learning and precision are key parts of my work philosophy.
