When the estimator, David, came by he seemed really experienced and trust worthy and I was not wrong. His team was really professional and updated me every step of the way. I had really old and nasty floors that needed an emergent refinish. Prime came to the rescue and transformed what used to be disgusting floors to new beautiful floors. By far one of the best vendors I have worked with ever. You shouldn't think twice about working with Prime!

I can't recommend Prime Hardwood Floors highly enough. They were, top to bottom, courteous, professional, and dependable. I was very nervous about the project I hired them for as it involved laying new wood and matching it to old wood in the same area, one of the hardest things to do, in my opinion. The result was absolutely flawless. I wanted a whitewash/bleach finish so it was even more important that the match be perfect because it can really be obvious if you go with a light finish like I did. The final look exceeded my expectations. From David to Kobi to Alphonso, everyone on "my team" from Prime was absolutely amazing. This is easily the best flooring company I've worked with in LA. I would urge anyone in need of hardwood professionals in Southern California to call them. Thanks so much, guys!

Prime Hardwood Floors recently refinished my worn out oak floors and they never looked better. We didn’t like the color of the floors let alone the deep scratches but Prime restored them into perfect condition. Don’t hesitate to use them at all!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Recently we just finished refinishing over 5000 sqft in a Brentwood Estate. This project took about 2 weeks to complete and it is definitely a project that put our skills to the test and the outcome was perfect. Customer loved it and so did we.
