- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $20 per hour for standard cleaning and $25 per hour for deep cleaning. Because I provide all of my own supplies and use high quality, top of the line Method products, a deep cleaning cost me a bit more in supply cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree, however, as a cleaner my years of providing people with the best customer service possible and ensuring that I always give 110% is more important than my degrees.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with so many customers of all races, cultural backgrounds, and personalities. My focus is the same for everyone, make sure each customer is 100% happy!
