They kept in touch with me throughout the order and fulfillment process! We had good cooperation. And both men were soooooooooo nice and they moved our piano deftly and carefully and wrapped it great. It got into our home in perfect shape...they were just hot in the 97 degree weather! Jaden and his crew arrived on time and kept things moving. They unloaded my 16 ft pod in two hours and helped with setting up beds, tv, etc. Respectful guys and fair ppricing. Would definitely call Jaden again for similar type of work.

Jaden is a rock solid guy with great communication and follow through. He let me know where he was at all times while traveling to my place. This was a last minute piano move and he was completely accommodating and showed up on the same day I got in contact with him. This is an old Kimball spinet piano and weighs a ton, but with just himself and John, they powered that thing up 20 stairs and made a hairpin turn. I saw them do it, but I still can't believe it. And they treated it like it was their own. Very polite. Very respectful and a good sense of humor. Pro treatment all the way. These are two hardworking, standup professionals and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

All I can say is wow! I have never had a piano moved before, so I wasn't sure how it was going to go. Jaden was very professional. He confirmed the night before the move and was on time. They wrapped up the piano so much they it wasn't even recognizable as a piano when they were done. They also moved two other pieces of furniture for us at a very reasonable price. They were very careful with the piano and with our marble floors while moving it into our house. I really can't say enough good things about them! They weren't the cheapest quote that I received, but I chose them because they had the best reviews, and now I know why!

They moved a piano from my friends home to mine. Jaden and his team were professional and courteous and kept in constant contact with me throughout the move. They even took pictures of the piano before they moved it showing me the condition of the piano before it was moved by them. I will use them again!

ones hired a moving companie and got crazy over charges and didn't know how to began to understand why so much money and with little effort to take care of my furniture and not give me a proper care or answer. This business is to.help people also not just look.at their wallets.
