After interviewing several roofing companies, I decided to hire Fortex Roofing & Exteriors to do a full underlayment replacement on my 2 piece Clay tile roof here in Calabasas, and I must say, it was the best decision I could have made.Last year, I hired a different roofing company to replace the roof on my garage (I have a two-piece clay tile roof). Unfortunately, as soon as the first rain hit this past winter, my garage started leaking. I contacted the company to come back and fix it, but they never followed through.I knew I needed a better, more reliable roofing company, so I reached out to Fortex Roofing & Exteriors based on a friends recommendation. My roof is large and complex, but their team handled it with incredible efficiency. They completed the entire project in less than a week, keeping the process smooth, organized, and clean.Ive also attached some photos for anyone looking to check the quality (these are the same tiles I had before, but now they look brand new). Great workmanship!I purposely waited to write this review until we had some rain, and Im happy to say that my roof held up perfectly, with no leaks whatsoever! After strong winds damaged my roof in Palmdale, I filed an insurance claim, but the process dragged on for months. Thankfully, the team at Fortex Roofing & Exteriors stepped in, communicated directly with my insurance company, and made sure I received my full payout for the repairs.They did a full tile reset, carefully removing my existing tiles, replacing all the metal flashings, repairing damaged wood, and installing a high-quality rubberized underlayment before resetting the tiles. Their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. The crew was efficient, cleaned up thoroughly, and kept me informed throughout the project.
