What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and condition of the roof. I provide a clear, upfront estimate with no hidden fees. I’m also happy to discuss options that fit the customer’s budget, and discounts may be available depending on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I inspect the work and listen carefully to the customer’s concerns. I explain what I find, provide recommendations and options, and give a clear written estimate. Once the customer decides to move forward, we schedule the work, keep them updated throughout the project, and make sure the job site is clean when we finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From my dad of course and My experience comes primarily from many years of hands-on work in the home improvement and roofing industry. I have extensive experience with roof inspections, repairs, roof replacements, waterproofing, flashing, underlayment, shingles, tile, and flat roofing systems.
