I have used Brightsise Plumbing and Rooter on 2 difference instances. First time was to unclog an old tub and second time was to install a new tub. Both instances they provided a quick response over the phone. They were attentive, respectful, and professional. I am very pleased and happy with my tub and the installation. It’s been a year and I have not had any problems or issues with the new tub. I recommend them and will continue to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I called bright-side Plumbing & Rooter regarding the main sewer line that was backup in my coffee shop. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. The tech rooted the sewe line and inspected the line with a camera system. He found that there was a broken sewer line.
The following day a couple of technicians came and replaced a section of the broken sewer line. I will be using bright-side Plumbing & rooter for all my plumbing needs.
