My name is Carolina Pelayo, I am from a small
beach town in Mexico. I am a human
being that has always been passionate
about holistic living, mindful movement

The best hot yoga class I’ve ever taken, Carolina checks on you throughout the class to make sure your in the right position and helps you with your movements, and at the end of the class she’ll wait for you to see if there’s any questions you might have and if you’re feeling okay, very professional friendly and lovely person.

She’s very knowledgeable and patient. Best yoga class I’ve ever had. She makes sure you don’t get injured and explains the postures so well. She really helped me with my low back pain. Thabk you!! Will definitely recommend her

She’s really the best yoga teacher I have ever met. Her private classes are really amazing. She makes the yoga class very unique and special for you.. I have had frozen shoulder and she really helped me recover and bring movement back into my body… she really makes you connect to your breath and I have learned so much about breathwork and meditation with her!!
Will definitely hire again!!

It was my first time doing a Hot Yoga and I can say I absolutely LOVED Carolina’s class. She is very professional, kind and patient. She really takes the time to help new students improve their posture. The studio smelled amazing and Carolina’s positive energy makes you feel renewed after the class. 100% recommended!
