Wow, what an amazing yoga sessions!! And what an amazing teacher. Always on time. Leads me thru amazing vinyasa flow. Challenges me and helps me stretch and strengthen. I book sessions weekly. I highly recommend this extremely knowledgeable yoga teacher who provides an amazing experience

She’s really the best yoga teacher I have ever met. Her private classes are really amazing. She makes the yoga class very unique and special for you.. I have had frozen shoulder and she really helped me recover and bring movement back into my body… she really makes you connect to your breath and I have learned so much about breathwork and meditation with her!!
Will definitely hire again!!

It was my first time doing a Hot Yoga and I can say I absolutely LOVED Carolina’s class. She is very professional, kind and patient. She really takes the time to help new students improve their posture. The studio smelled amazing and Carolina’s positive energy makes you feel renewed after the class. 100% recommended!

Best yoga class I ever had. She really made me feel at peace. Her classes are beyond amazing. She takes care of every little detail and she has a lot of knowledge. I’m here private classes are so unique and I feel like I’ve learned so much with her.

She’s very knowledgeable and patient. Best yoga class I’ve ever had. She makes sure you don’t get injured and explains the postures so well. She really helped me with my low back pain. Thabk you!! Will definitely recommend her
