Victor responded to my request for in-home computer repair within 2 minutes of starting my search. After getting a quote for the necessary repairs, he was able to schedule my appointment for the following morning, on a Saturday. I’m sure my project exceeded his time expectations, as my computer had a corrupted operating system and was very slow to boot up. Victor spent the whole day with me, and was able to diagnose the problem. He had to transfer all my files to an external hard drive, reset my computer back to factory settings, and reinstall my data files, as well as reinstall all my programs. His fees were more than reasonable for his level of expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your computer repair needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Victor. He helped migrate tons of data from an old computer to a brand new one which he set up for me. He installed a monitor, new speakers and even helped tame the unruly nest of wires and cords I had behind the old computer. Victor is a miracle worker! I highly recommend Vital Electric.

I had were turned out to be a pretty complicated issue with my computer, not booting up. Victor was great! He responded immediately managed to troubleshoot the issue, and replace the failed parts quickly and at a very reasonable price. Now my computer runs better than it did when I first bought it!
