Victor was fantastic. On initial meeting there was an issue with the brand/type of RAM with my system. Had had to order another type. We also had to order the entire keyboard for my system. Victor had to come back a week later. However, he installed everything and made sure it was all working prior to closing out the ticket. I was a bit shocked at the cost of the RAM. But that doesn’t have ANYTHING to do with the company: Tariffs, AI ramp up, etc. totally out of Vitals hands. I would hire Vital Electric and/or Victor in a half second again for future work.
