Eduard was on time (actually 15 minutes early - which I appreciated). He arrived with everything he needed to do the job. I showed him to the media room where he was to do the wall install of my new TV. He went to work and did it without any hesitation on his part. He was very professional - even when my guide dog got in the way a couple of times. Upon completion of the job, he asked me if I was satisfied with his work and the appearance of my TV.
