Igor did an excellent (and fast) job at fixing the tiling in our kitchen! He works very hard and is very affordable!
Project was to tile a shower (walls and floor). Igor was the quickest of the three Thumbtack requests to get back to me. Igor came the next day to give me an in person estimate where as the other one did it off a photo and was 30% more and another wanted me to give him a “range” for price. No way. Igor was straightforward -quote was reasonable. He was quick and efficient and did a very good job. We supplied all the materials.

Igor is hands down the best handy man there is. He is truly gifted with tiling and electrical work in addition to wood work, whether it’s hardwood flooring or anything to do with floor installation. He is super punctual and it is very easy to communicate with him, even if he doesn’t know how to do a specific job, he can point you to someone who does know it.
Nevertheless, he is an incredibly gifted craftsman and a man who truly loves the practice he is in. If you are looking for great value and excellent quality, he is the man.

Igor was awesome. Was here right on time and worked quickly and everything was perfect. He went an extra mile to figure out how to attach a metal plate that protects our floors by the elevator and it’s more secure now than when we bought the house. Would recommend him for any project. He is also an electrician by trade.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the specific project. If I take on large projects, the price is piecework. depends on the complexity, time of execution of the work and average prices for a specific type of work. But I still get paid for my work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients who have used my services at least once become regular clients. And I'm definitely proud of this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed professional training as an electrician. Previously, in his native country, he worked for a large oil and gas company. I also have a license as a plasterer and painter.
