- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning requested. I provide honest and transparent quotes with no hidden fees. Post-construction cleanings, deep cleanings, and extra services (such as windows, ovens, or inside appliances) may have an additional cost depending on the level of work needed. I also offer discounts for repeat customers and bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions or requesting photos to understand the condition of the home and the services needed. Then I provide a clear estimate and available dates. On the day of service, I arrive on time, review the details with the customer, and make sure expectations are clear. Before leaving, I do a walkthrough with the customer to ensure they are completely satisfied

I began cleaning professionally over 15 years ago. I discovered that I enjoy helping people keep their homes clean, organized, and comfortable. Over the years, I built EverTrust Services to provide reliable, detail-oriented cleaning that customers can trust.
