They did a great job on my carpets but also told me on about upholstery cleaning services. So I reached out them many times to clean my patio carpet plus do upholstery cleaning services - even after multiple requests with their contact info - never heard back. Even offered to clean my carpets again on top of above to make their trip worthwhile - no response which I was disappointed because I likes the the team who did first carpet cleaning - plus owners daughter also told me on other services they offer. Which is great to create biz in future, but company needs to respond when you are ready to hire them as they sold me additional services - but can’t get a response since which they already have a willing customer to pay for their addition services.

When he came into my house, he asked about the few pieces of furniture I still had on the floor. It was clear he wanted to do as complete a job as he could. I really appreciated that sense of duty and detail. The floor looked brand new when he was done and he was very detailed with the instructions post-cleaning. Would hire again. Great service
