Great customer service! She’s really good at what she does. She has a long list of drinks in her menu and a few that I’ve requested are very good! One thing i love about her is that she has a very positive vibe and fits in perfectly! I have recommended her to a few friends.. you will not be disappointed 😊

Literally the worst. Starts off very friendly and takes full advantage of you once she’s there. She arrived 10 minutes before the event STARTED and made it a point to leave right at 10pm. She forgot multiple items and lied about her reason for being late. She told our guest the alcohol was “not good” even though she picked and provided the alcohol. She is unprofessional and cheap with the liquor that you pay for. She was the only vendor we had issues with for my moms 50th. We paid her just short of 1000$ for 4 hours and she didn’t finish not ONE bottle of alcohol for 65 people because she puts less than 1/4 of a shot per drink. DO NOT HIRE. Pay the extra money to go with someone else. Here’s my message to her the day after. Just following up from our event yesterday. We were really disappointed with what we received, as it wasn’t what we were told or what we expected. We understand being late and stuff coming up but it felt like everything was put off to the last second, and it was underwhelming. On top of paying you $850, we paid for beer, tajin and strawberry soda, which you took with you after, not the beer but the rest. You forgot multiple ingredients: CUPS STRAWS NAPKINS STRAWBERRY SODA TAJIN LEMON LIME BEER PINEAPPLE and used a lot of our supplies CUPS NAPKINS BEER and we still paid full price for it all. We would like to get $150 back to cover all the ingredients we paid for. In the original message you stared you provided the cups and you also didn’t bring them. We also heard from multiple guest that’s you were telling them you brought “Not good tequilas/alcohol” which is totally unprofessional and disrespectful. We were told that when asked you said the tequila wasn’t a good one? Which is odd because we paid you to bring the alcohol and you brought what? Nothing with labels and already used bottles? Not only were you late, but unorganized, disrespectful to my sister and I, and you took stuff without our permission. We will be leaving a review on thumbtack if you aren’t willing to cooperate. We really wished it would’ve been better as this event was very important to us and we really hoped you could’ve done what you said.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several packages for you to choose from. If you would like to provide your own alcohol- that is great! If you need us to, we are more than happy to do that for you. FOR ELECTRICAL, IT WILL DEPEND ON THE SCOPE OF THE WORK.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would need to know the date, location, approximately how many people you are expecting, if you need a bar area or if one will be provided, as well as the occasion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attained my mixologist certificate in 2009 and re-took the course in 2017 just to refresh my memory. I find it easier for people to have parties in the comfort of their own home and I am more than happy to come and help them make their party a success. FOR ELECTRICAL, WE ARE LICENSED.
