- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the job, the materials you choose, and the level of prep work required. We provide a detailed written estimate so there are no surprises, and we’ll walk you through all the options so you can pick what best fits your budget. We don’t believe in hidden fees — everything is clearly listed upfront. We also offer package deals for multiple services, seasonal promotions, and discounts for repeat customers or large projects. Our goal is to give you the best value without cutting corners on quality or materials.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For example, seeing if a customer wants their carpet cleaned, I will get in contact with them schedule a date to come and check it out. Check it out. Give them an estimate. Let them know the type of work I’m going to do be honest with the customer is number one so saying if the carpet is able to be cleaned, I will go ahead and hundred percent clean it But if the carpet is not good, has a lot of dogs things pee different types of stains whatever I usually recommend my clients to swap the carpet and change it out with the new or go floor. Every job is different, but I love being honest with my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education graduate high school and trade school for welding. Are you going to Flooring courses same with Epoxy class courses to learn to do professional work I have certification in Epoxy work.
