Our starting prices per bedroom, which includes 2 coats of paint, are as follows:
Walls: $450
Baseboard: $150
Ceilings: $250-$450 (depending on height, if ceilings are vaulted, etc.)
Doors: $150 (prices go up depending on if it’s stained, needs patch work, surface is oil based, etc.)

We found Zuriel's service to be exceptional. We discussed our various projects in advance including drywall repair, cabinet drawer repair, microwave installation etc. He asked whether the drywall was 1/2" or 5/8". He suggested we send photos of the projects so he could prepare. He was delayed in heavy traffic and called us to say he would be 15 minutes late. He had the 5/8" drywall with him. He prioritized projects to minimize the time involved. All projects were accomplished in one day. His price was very fair and we will definitely ask him back for our next round of projects.

Zuriel really helped us out of a pickle. We realized after starting a project that we were in way over our heads. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting prices per bedroom, which includes 2 coats of paint:
Walls - $450

Doors - $100 each side (Prices go up depending on if it’s stained, needs patch work, surface is oil based, etc.)
We offer free estimates to determine the total cost. In order to determine the cost we need to know things such as what type of material we’ll be working with, what kind of repairs might be needed, how much will need to be taped off, etc.
There are many things that can effect the total price, such as the amount of doors to be painted, painting crown molding, painting trim around windows, if we're painting multiple colors, the height of the walls, etc. The best way to figure out a price is to contact me so we can schedule a free estimate and talk about what you need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and perform our free estimate. We will evaluate materials, any needed repairs, if furniture will be moved, and the overall size of the job.
We will email you our estimate and if you’re satisfied we will schedule to begin the work and set clear expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in cpr,fist aid, hights work, heavy equipment, confined space,medical,commercial,industrial and residential settings. I take safety very serious when it comes to safety for my workers and customers. we use proper ladders,scaffolding,lift equipment.
