Brenda has been great! She was quick to start the documents I needed done and was very quick to respond to any questions. She was able to help me finish up the documents I needed for my divorce and file them all within a month’s time even with the holidays. I appreciate her work and efficiency. My relationship with my Wife was going through a really rough patch, things in the home got really unpredictable and divorce was knocking on our door. A friend mentioned I should really speak to an attorney about my options, unfortunately I don't have that kind of money, one of my coworkers had mentioned paralegal services, specifically on Thumbtack, so here I am. Divorce itself is already a huge mess especially after being married for 16 years and so trusting a stranger to help navigate through it could be very nerve wrecking. However, Brenda from the start made me feel so much at ease, she didn't sell me her services, she was just genuinely concerned in helping answer all the questions I had about the process. She was very informative and let me know the usual process of divorce/court and what to expect whether I worked with her or someone else, that's the type of person I definitely wanted to be by my side through the process, so going with her was a no-brainer for me. She was very honest and transparent on what my expectations should be during the filing process, she made me aware of what fees I could potentially be incurring with the court as well as what her services exactly covered, she assured me she did not like surprises so she did not operate her business/client relationships like that either. I know there are a bunch of other paralegals here on thumbtack and I'm sure they are also good, but I wasn't looking for good, I was looking for someone who really cared and their work ethic stood out. Thank you again Brenda! You went above and beyond my expectations, you came at the right time in my life!
