I highly recommend Cesar and his team. They did a pretty large remodel for us which included a complete kitchen demo and rebuild plus demo-ing a huge brick, load-bearing fireplace wall and rebuilding it to engineering specs. Everything was done to code and passed inspection. He had two dedicated people who could do everything that were at our house everyday at 8am. Be aware that this helps a lot with the timeline. If you go with a larger company you may end up with lost days or weeks with no work being done while you wait for subcontractors to become available. They did a great job both with the unseen stuff (plumbing, framing walls, electrical) and the finishes. We had someone do a bad job with drywall in the past so we were particularly sensitive to finding a good dry-waller and they did great. I've recommended them to a bunch of friend and acquaintances. Hire Cesar - you won't regret it!

This is a long overdue review of Cesar and his team at CL Construction. During COVID we moved into a 70-year-old home that needed some major TLC. All new wiring throughout the house, electrical panel upgrade, gas leak fix, tankless water heater, recessed lighting in all rooms, new plumbing and remodeling the entire kitchen. Cesar and his team made it all happen quickly and competitively priced. The team is professional, extremely clean, hardworking, reliable, punctual and honest. Daniel is amazing. He always took the time to explain the process and pros and cons of different options. Cesar and his team at CL Construction are simply the best. They go above and beyond with everything they do. Your satisfaction is their number one priority. Cesar is honest, trustworthy and I had no question that he would take care of our home as if it was his own. He listened to what our dreams were and worked with us to make it a reality. We can’t wait to have Cesar and his team come back and do additional projects. Thank you Cesar and the team at CL Construction!
