- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate of $50.00 a hour for all work I do provided the work is within a thirty mile radius of my home which is in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel that it is very important that the Client meet face to face anyone they are thinking about hiring for their job. Because of this fact I will meet with the Client and review the project with them. I will then give them a budget cost. If the customer feels comfortable with me and and the cost i give them is within their budget I will do one of two things. If the job is a small job will do the work right away. If the job is a larger job I will then make arrangements with the Client to come back and do the work .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Los Angeles Trade Technical with an Associate of Science Degree in Carpentry. I have had my own business for over forty seven years doing all types of residential projects.
