Timely response to the posting. I had a fair amount of product to relocate on my own list and failed to complete. We were able to take care of the items posted and he was more than helpful on some of the Loose Ends I had remaining. Great attitude and his professionalism left little room for improvement.

The work was very good. The only issues were 1. The new lock set for the front door was installed upside down and 2. After payment, there was a sarcastic comment made , “ thanks for the tip” which I was both confused and a bit offered by. After one of the work items was not able to be done and we still paid the entire quoted amount. They did put a lot of effort into coming up with solutions but I paid and then had to hire another professional to install the tub filler.
