Oscar was attentive and meticulous. Cleaned up after the work done. But I’m not happy that the minimum 4-hour work requirement wasn’t mentioned by him when we communicated and was obscured by Thumbtack’s user interface. I messaged to ask for a quote, telling him the jobs and that it would only be for 2 hours. But he took the job and then when it came time to pay pointed to the 4 hours minimum on his profile. His name came up despite me searching for a handyman to work for 2 hours max. In the end, I paid for slightly over 4 hours of work for what was under 2 hours of work.
