Our pricing is tailored to your specific needs based on the size of your house, current condition, frequency of service, and more. We provide free quotes to give you exact pricing for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by asking a few quick questions about their home and what kind of cleaning they need — standard, deep, or move-in/move-out. From there, we give an upfront quote and help schedule a time that works best for them. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives fully equipped with all supplies and gets right to work. After the cleaning, we check in to make sure everything meets their expectations and answer any follow-up questions. It’s all about keeping things simple, clear, and hassle-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning and is professionally trained in detailed cleaning techniques, proper surface care, and safe product handling. Every cleaner goes through our in-house training program to make sure they meet OnHome Cleaning’s standards for quality and consistency before working in a client’s home.
