- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the property, the level of cleaning required, and the time needed to complete the service. We offer transparent, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Additional services outside the standard checklist may have an extra charge, but we always discuss and confirm everything with the customer before starting. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new clients begins with understanding their needs. Using my experience, I advise them on the best approach so that together we can deliver the service in the most efficient and effective way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned about cleaning services in another country, Brazil, where I received training in the proper handling of cleaning products and participated in practical classes. I have more than eight years of experience in the cleaning industry.
