- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the pinnacle of the highest-quality finishing and coating available, with extremely competitive rates. We offer discounts when multiple projects are contracted, such as an Interior repaint as well as an Exterior, Stucco application as well as Prime and Paint, Cabinet refinish as well as an entire Interior renovation just to name a few examples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every human being is different therefore each meet and greet is unique in the same way the customer is. I always try to show the upmost joy and respect and gratitude for the opportunity presented and walk through a step-by-step process of necessary actions and work scope based on the potential client's specific wants and needs for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprenticeship and training with The International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) completion, and Journeyman certification with DC16. Took part with employer and training company Jerry Thompson and Sons Inc. in such projects as The Salesforce Tower through dozens of floors, as well as the other 2 Salesforce buildings, The Millenium Tower, Google and Fitbit locations in San Francisco, St. Francis and St. Regis 5 Star hotels, and more than can be named with regard to time and relevance to the reader.
