Joana’s services have been life-changing for me. She’s patient, non-judgmental, and tackles the hard parts of decluttering with as much clarity and equanimity as the “fun” parts of organizing. I hired Joana to help me sort and file or recycle more than a year of mail plus get my files organized. She worked with me on it for 11 hours over 2 days. We got all the files organized and got through everything on the table plus all the boxes underneath except one. She did a good job. I'm pleased and would hire her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates: $70-150/hour varies on location & organizing job. $60 for shopping +materials $50 travel (outside of 1 hour from Novato)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Send me pictures of the space you want organized. *We'll get on a call or I visit the location for an hour to consult and talk through what your needs and goals are for the space. *I'll send you a quote for the date, time and materials and agreement in a day or two. *Once approved, we get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Professional Organizer through IAP Career College. I have 15 years of retail merchandising experience and have done home organizing as a side hustle. Decluttering and bringing organization & harmony to a space & home makes me feel of service.
