Renato arrived at our new house today to fix several doors that didnt close correctly - on time might i add - and just totally exceeded our expectations" Thank you, Renato! He not only fixed every stubborn door in our house - from closet and bathroom doors to the garage door, and even the poorly hung front door - but he did it fast and with obvious skill. He even worked later then we agreed upon on a Saturday and installed two doggie doors. Renato is very professional, knowledgable, and just a downright very nice guy. I highly recommend him for anything you may need fixed, and we will be calling him in the future for our repair needs as they arise. Cheers, Renato!

He is great to work with.
-Renato has helped me with home maintenance for the last year. He also was invaluable in helping me fix my home to sell and fix up my new home to live in.
-He is very efficient with his billing time: he has the right kind of electric tool to get any job done quicker than using manual tools. I have referred him many times to friends.
-I have used him to:
install sinks/faucets
hang pictures (he uses 2 laser beam devices for accuracy)
fix stuck doors
pest control
install light fixtures, move exterior lighting
plumbing and electrical misc items
fix fences
install doors/locks and replace hinges
install big screen tv (he built a simple custom stand).
-I also used his team to clean my old home and new home. Best deep cleaning I have seen.
-I will be using his window cleaning over the next month.
-His is prompt and communicates quickly by cell and text.
-Great quality and service at fair and competitive rates.

We had three increasingly difficult challenges for Renato at Hilux. 1) install a wall to support a wall-mounted basement toilet; 2) construct a large built-in cabinet in a converted bedroom; 3) devise a way to float 12 bookshelves in a den, bedroom and living room.
Renato was creative, thoughtful and efficient in all work. He manages his time and resources extremely well. His communication is courteous, effective and to the point. You will find him to be remarkably respectful of your time and money. We highly recommend Renato's work and Hilux.

Renato was awesome! He installed artwork in our office space. The scope of the job changed as our needs changed and Renato was very flexible. He came equipped with the necessary equipment plus extra hardware in case we needed it. We would DEFINITELY request his services again in the future!

I was referred to Renato at Hilux Maintenance by a colleague at work. I have to say that it was probably the best experience I've had working with any contractor. Renato helped me convert an ugly room in my basement to an inviting and functional media room. The job included a lot of carpentry work to build custom cabinets, wall paneling, crown molding, base boards, installing electric outlets, installing an electric fireplace, installing a barn door. I wish I could attach pictures to this review to show off the finished product, it was that good. The best part about working with Renato, is that he is honest, hardworking, very good at his trade, detail oriented. Its really hard to find all these qualities in a contractor these days. When Im ready to finish the rest of my basement, he will be the first guy Ill call.
