Great experience! Assembled furniture for me and when not all of the correct pieces were there, he explained the root cause, recommended next steps to take with the vendor, and even offered to go and get the required pieces himself if I wanted a faster turnaround. Vadim contacted me immediately. He gave me the quote in his opening message, was on time, and took pictures of the roof area to show where the open ares of the solar panel mounts could be the source of the leaks. After plugging the leak, hd went around to the other mounts and added some sealant as a precaution. He was fast and thorough.
