FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The typical coaching program requires a 4 to 6 month committment, with daily contact and weekly in-person face to face meetings. The Client controls the program, less meetings or more contact will be the client's choice. The program is very intensive for both parties and requires a firm committment on both parties. The coach and client may also decide to participate in outside social activities all geared toward the benefit of the client. The fee for the comprehensive and complete program will be determined at the time of retainment. No additional fees will be assessed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Each client has individual goals and aspirations. No two clients will be the same in these areas. However, most individuals desire a balanced life, meaning exploring all areas of importance and not becoming overly focussed in one particular area. For example a well-balanced individual attends to family, friends, career, health and fitness, personal growth, and religion or spiritual fulfillment, as well as entertainment and fun. When an area is ignored or given too much attention, the individual loses balance and feels lacking. Most clients have fitness and career goals which can be developed per the client's request.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a Life Coach it is important to establish a personal connection, and to remember life coaching is "client driven". Life Coaching is for mentally healthy individuals. Should the client have a mental health diagnosis a health professional should be sought.
