- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
training 3+ times a week= 25/session 2 times a week= 30/session 1 times a week= 40/session Training paid at least a week in advance, or monthly reoccurring payment system. *no pay by session or credited sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting is initial assessments, health history, nutritional counseling, and strength assessments. Them goal setting to determine length of program and what it will take to get to client goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always try to research the latest in exercise science as well as getting a new training certification every 1-2 years!
