I first hired Black Diamond Services to clean out my clothes dryer vent. Nolan arrived on time, was very professional and provided good information as to how the cleaning is performed. The cleaning was performed quickly and professionally. I was so impressed with the service that I made an appointment for him to clean the exterior windows of my house. Everything was good except the mirrors. I think she cleaned them but they were all smeary. Maybe try a squeegee instead of cloth.

Absolutely amazing. I had black diamond come clean my best friends house while he’s away. The house was not an easy clean it reeked and dog urine and very deep dirt stains. I was asked if they could come and take a look the same day of course I said yes. When he showed up he said he could do it on the spot and didn’t up charge me either. The quote he gave over the phone was dead on what he ended up charging me. Thank you so very much!
