This is not your average cleaning service. They have gone above my expectations but maybe because I hired them for a deep clean of my rental.
My tenant had left such a mess when they left. Cat urine, moldy food, total hoarder. I though about dumping the fridge, stove and tub but they brought everything back to life! Saving me hundreds of dollars and letting me know every little thing they thought I should tend to as I was getting to fix up my house to put on the market. LIKE WHO DOES THAT?!
If you are a realtor, you need to add them as a contact.
If you are a property manager, you need to use them.
If you need your house cleaned, hire them! I would if they lived closer to me. Being 2 hrs away and relying honest people to work for me, I am so lucky to have found them, and on Thumbtack!

Absolutely amazing. I had black diamond come clean my best friends house while he’s away. The house was not an easy clean it reeked and dog urine and very deep dirt stains. I was asked if they could come and take a look the same day of course I said yes. When he showed up he said he could do it on the spot and didn’t up charge me either. The quote he gave over the phone was dead on what he ended up charging me. Thank you so very much!

Our pricing varies based on the job, job size, and frequency. Some services require an on site inspection prior to a quote. Please contact us directly for an online quote or to schedule an appointment for an on site quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we typically introduce ourselves and ask the customer what they wish to have cleaned. From there we get an idea what the scope of work is and schedule the cleaning. When meeting with customer we explain what our cleaning process is, ask them to point out any problem areas, and then begin our work. With all jobs, we keep an eye out for any additional problem areas and make the customer aware of these. After the cleaning has been complete, we go over what we did, discuss any notes we had of the cleaning, and proceed to schedule the next cleaning or close the transaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly 10 years in the cleaning industry. IICRC certified.
