- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies based on the job, job size, and frequency. Some services require an on site inspection prior to a quote. Please contact us directly for an online quote or to schedule an appointment for an on site quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we typically introduce ourselves and ask the customer what they wish to have cleaned. From there we get an idea what the scope of work is and schedule the cleaning. When meeting with customer we explain what our cleaning process is, ask them to point out any problem areas, and then begin our work. With all jobs, we keep an eye out for any additional problem areas and make the customer aware of these. After the cleaning has been complete, we go over what we did, discuss any notes we had of the cleaning, and proceed to schedule the next cleaning or close the transaction.

Nearly 10 years in the cleaning industry. IICRC certified.
