- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and flat rate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to understand the need, give an estimate, and complete the work. For larger jobs we will schedule an in person inspection, submit a bid, and then schedule the project. Customer receives an invoice after the job is complete, and a receipt after paying.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed 5 year United Association plumbing apprenticeship with 9,000 hours of on the job training as well as 20 classroom courses. Ongoing training as a Local 342 journeyman plumber.
