Lenny was great, he was very friendly and installed the shut off valve with out any issue. He even suggested we check with our insurance to buy the device since it could be cheaper. I will definitely call him again in the future!

Leonard is an exceptional plumber who listens intently to the customer's concerns/problems and then takes a very methodical approach in problem solving. I had three previous plumbers investigate a slow leak and they all just shrugged their shoulders and said, "if I don't see a leak, there's nothing I can do". Leonard went a step further and tested and determined our system's pressure was way to high and suggested installing a pressure regulator. After that was done, problem solved... no more leak!On top of that, just a a great guy to work with. Will use Good Fit Plumbing from here on for any other plumbing issues!!!

This was a tricky leak to find, and I’m glad you accepted my recommendation to install a Pressure Regulating Valve. Happy to hear that solved the issue! Lenny was great to work with. He did a full repipe on our house - a big and potentially stressful job, but working with him made it feel easy. Lenny installed a heat pump water heater for us. He checked all the boxes: on time, good communication, reasonable pricing, consistent follow-up. Lenny was relentless when it came to pursuing a $3,300 rebate from TECH Clean. He had to submit documentation multiple times before they finally approved the application, and I got my rebate check. Lenny was working for me!

We offer free estimates and flat rate pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understand the plumbing work needed, give an estimate, and schedule the job.
For larger jobs we will schedule an in person inspection, submit a bid, and then schedule the project.
Customer receives an invoice after the job is complete, and a receipt after paying.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed 5 year United Association plumbing apprenticeship with 9,000 hours of on the job training as well as 20 classroom courses.
Ongoing training as a Local 342 journeyman plumber.
