Atlant Appliance repaired my dryer. first their communication is excellent! they respond quickly and are so nice. i had to cancel and reschedule and i cancelled on short notice but it was not a problem and rescheduling was not an issue. they showed up at the noted time, did the repair without an issue and their pricing is great and doable! i will definitely contact them for any appliance repairs i need. i really appreciate how easy it all went and how kind and polite they are.

Mark is truly a remarkable repairman. He is knowledgeable and thorough. We had problem with the button of our dish washer. He came and fixed it within minutes. He could have left and charged us the oncall fee but he didn’t. He spent the time doing a thorough diagnostic and found that our machine was leaking because of a clog. He came back the next day with the tool and fixed it. The charge of the fix was very reasonable. We are very happy with his service. Will keep him in our contact in case we need other appliances repair. Thanks Mark.

My dryer unexpectedly stopped working and I messaged a few pros and the Atlant Appliance company reach out to me first. I thought because of the long weekend, that it was going to be a while before someone can come check it out. Turns out they were able to come on the holiday which was great. The tech was super nice and respectful and found the problem very quickly and ordered what was needed. Communication was a 10/10 and the turn around time for the repair was exceptional as well. I am so happy I hired Atlant Appliance. Super professional and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Mark wss fantastic. He was willing to show up after standard work hours and was incredibly respectful, professional, and thorough. He fully diagnosed our dishwasher's problem and was happy to make the minor fix. He probably could have up sold us, but instead stuck just to the service call. Really appreciated teh service and will absolutely call him back out if we have any issues with any of the appliances.
