Introduction: I have been a practicing real estate appraiser since 1988. I have literally photographed thousands of houses and their interior features as well as being an amateur photographer since age 5. More and more, I have been receiving requests from clients to use photographs from appraisals to use in brochures, advertising, and MLS listings. There is a real need for real estate photography.
