- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My practice focuses on substantial residential investments involving full custom homes or comprehensive remodels. If you are actively planning a significant project and ready to begin design discussions, I’d be glad to connect about a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a phone consult and a site visit to confirm that I can meet the needs of the client. Afterwards, I email an informal proposal to the client which includes the quote. After that negotiation process, I send a formal contract to be signed as that is required by California Law. I request a deposit after the signing of the contract. I start work after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
